PROCESSING TIMES

Our packages are prepared and shipped between 1-2 business days of your order to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

The average delivery time for International is between 5 and 10 business days (excluding processing time), this time may rarely be longer for various reasons (political conflicts, health crises, holidays...).

Domestic Shipping. Average 1 to 3 business days (excluding processing time).

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible without compromising the quality of our products.

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

At Zina Couture, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and transparent as possible. We offer a clear shipping structure tailored to your needs:

  • International Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $40 applies to all orders.
  •  Domestic Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5 applies to all orders.

For those who want an upgraded experience, we offer Shipping Protection for a flat rate of $2.99. By choosing this option at checkout, your order moves to the front of our fulfillment queue. This premium service includes: 

  • Priority Processing: Your package is prepared and dispatched ahead of standard orders to ensure the fastest possible departure from our warehouse.

IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, it is available in your member area if you have created one. If you order as a guest, you will be sent an email with an order summary and a number to track your package in real time.

I HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM SO FAR.

Some products may be shipped separately, in several different packages. This is the case of some packs and costumes in the store. Don't worry, all the products you have ordered will be delivered on time.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please double-check your address at checkout. Naylara cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to redirect the package.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

Certain events may cause delays in deliveries (vacations, strikes, public holidays, climatic phenomena, health reasons or other reasons beyond our control). We are not responsible for these events beyond our control. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once the order is in fulfillment. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
